I originally discovered Laura from a postcard I received in the mail showcasing her many sales in my co-op building. Normally I would throw out these types of marketing materials but I saved Laura's because I was struck by how beautiful her listings were and how they all seemed to sell for top dollar. When the time came for me to sell, she was the first person I reached out to. It became quickly apparent that her excellence extended well beyond making attractive listings. She spent so much time listening and really trying to understand my needs and goals - both for selling my apartment and for buying a new one. Several very successful transactions later, I can confidently say that Laura has all of the qualities you could possibly want in a good agent. She is thoughtful, diligent, responsive, and also very reasonable in her commission structure. Everything she does is detail-oriented, from the way she assesses the market to the way she negotiates the deal. And let's not forget about Laura's wonderful colleague/photographer Paul, who is an absolute wizard at making a property shine. They are great at what they do and top notch people as well! I couldn't recommend them more.

I feel very grateful to have found Laura to support my first-time homebuying process. She is very knowledgeable, diligent, and thorough, as well as truly personable - kind, patient, and caring, with a fun sense of humor to boot! She went above and beyond to help me land my dream co-op apartment while I was stationed overseas, which needless to say involved various extra steps and logistics. She has referral resources at the ready for other professionals needed in the buying process, and it was priceless to have a team (which coordinated well with each other) that I could trust to look out for my best interests. Having Laura in my corner made the process exciting and enjoyable, and her readiness and patience to help with my questions minimized the stress of those parts of the process that would inevitably be stressful. Laura helped me to sell my co-op recently. She helped me all the way through the process including suggestion for renovation, how to deal with board of co-op and management office , she even helped the buyer to go through all the documents they need to submit to management office (.since buyer's agent didn't have enough experience for co-up ). she is knowledgeable , Enthusiasm for her work. If you want to sell your co-op, , she is the best agent you could find in queens area.

Simply put, Laura was great. Interviewed 6 other agents and felt most comfortable with Laura. She knows the area, she knows the market, she knows the coop bureaucracy. She is detailed oriented and has soft human approach to selling -- I appreciate the effort that went into the photos and the property description. She is a great listener and takes your feedback to heart which is so refreshing -- other agents that we interviewed felt like the "experts" who "know better" and brush off what you have to say. She found a buyer in a very challenging market in a week. She was responsive and available whenever we needed her. She helped a rookie buyer's agent and buyer navigate the coop paperwork quagmire. I know there were some bumps with the paperwork, but she made it a smooth sailing from my perspective as I did not have to worry about a thing once I accepted the offer. I would not hesitate to use Laura's services again.

Laura is not just a wonderful and knowledgeable realtor, she a great person! She is a real expert who knows the neighborhood and all the details in the process of apartment/house choosing. Laura has recommendations on each expert you may need during the process of real estate buying, it really makes everything much easier, and people she recommended were really the best experts in their fields. I do recommend Laura to all my friends if they want to make everything the right way!

She diligently prepared the package for Board submission, worked closely with us during inspection and was very involved in the closing process as well. Laura is simply the best broker out there! She is professional, proficient, patient and pleasant. When I listed my apt and received an asking price that I was happy with, I thought for sure she was going to stop showing it and call it a done deal. The buyers had everything they needed to pass the board and get a mortgage. However, she still wanted to show the apt, which confused me. She stated unless there is a signed contract she wanted to continue to show the place, and she did. That’s the kind of broker she is and who you want on your side.

Laura was an extremely helpful individual who knew the building, management and area to a degree of expertise I haven't seen before. She excels at making herself available quickly and conveniently (even when it's inconvenient for her) with a wealth of knowledge that made the process very smooth. Laura was amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient and bonus that she was local to the area so she was able to help us with everything from local businesses to grab lunch at to answering questions about local painters, plumbers, repair persons, etc. once we were getting ready to close. She was very knowledgeable on different types of housing, lots sizes, proximity to commuting routes and was able to easily refer to lawyer and inspectors and communicating with sellers.

We started out the process of finding a first home not knowing a thing about the New York City real estate market, or the particulars of purchasing a coop apartment. Laura was an expert guide. She took us to see a whole bunch of apartments in a couple different neighborhoods in our price range so we could compare--she immediately got what we were looking for--and guided us through the offer, application, interview and closing processes for the one we fell in love with. The whole thing was as smooth and seamless as we could have hoped for, even though our application was a bit unusual, and that was largely thanks to her care and guidance. We have moved in and are completely in love with our new home and neighborhood and building. We couldn't recommend Laura enough!!! Whether buying or selling, it's clear that Laura gives every job her all--go with her if you can, you won't regret it!
